Welcome to Kuro Neko Shop! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kuro Neko Shop. By using our Services, you join a universe dedicated to Otaku culture and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 2 - Our Products and Universe

We take particular care in representing our muses and icones. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. Our descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw a product at any time.

Section 3 - Ordering and Manufacturing

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. As we operate on a Print on Demand (POD) basis, production begins immediately upon validation. Any cancellation request must be made within one hour. Your purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing

Prices are indicated at the time of the order and do not include potential taxes or customs fees (outside the EU). You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay the full amounts due, including shipping costs.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, Kuro Neko Shop cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs or events beyond our control.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

The entire content of this site (texts, logos, exclusive character designs, images) is the property of Kuro Neko Shop. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Our characters are original creations protected by copyright.

Section 7 - Relationship with Shopify

Kuro Neko Shop is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales transactions or any damages resulting from the use of products. Your purchases are made exclusively with Kuro Neko Shop.

Section 8 - Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our Services for illegal purposes, to harass others, to transmit viruses, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of your access.

Section 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the use of the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

Section 10 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Kuro Neko Shop's registered office.
