YORU: The Spark of Madness in the Shadows

An Unconventional Huntress

While the world of Kuro Neko shines with luxury and technology, Yoru stalks the shadows. She's not here to please. Her daily life revolves around tracking entities that Hanko's science cannot explain and Kaito's money cannot buy. She is unpredictable: she can save a city from a demonic invasion only to demand payment in sour candies or rare collectibles.

Equipment: The "Styx-Vortex" Crossbow

Her weapon, the Styx-Vortex, fires rock crystal bolts imbued with unstable light. It's an alloy of metals salvaged from haunted sites. When it lights up, Yoru enters a kind of "cocky" combat trance where the greater the danger, the more uncontrollable her laughter becomes.

Connections with other characters

Yoru is the puzzle piece that others prefer to ignore, until things go wrong:

KAITO: He considers her an "eccentric nuisance" and dislikes her lack of professionalism. Yet, he discreetly calls her when his private jet encounters unexplained turbulence.
HANKO: They tolerate each other. Hanko tries to analyze Yoru's equipment with her cyberpunk tech, but Yoru scoffs at her gadgets, saying that "ghosts don't eat computer code."
HARU: This is the paradox. Yoru is strangely protective of Haru. She sometimes visits the cherry blossom garden to "cleanse" poltergeists before the sweet bunny wakes up, never asking for a penny.
YAMI: Mutual distrust reigns. Yami rules the world of the night, and Yoru rules what lurks in the night. They often cross paths on rooftops, exchanging a simple nod before returning to their respective affairs.
