Shipping policy

At Kuro Neko Shop, we have chosen a responsible manufacturing model: Print on Demand (POD). This means that your product does not yet exist at the moment you order it; it is created especially for you by our printing partners.

1. Production Times

Each item (clothing, accessories, decor) requires preparation time to ensure the quality of the design for our muses and icones.

  • Average time: 2 to 7 business days.

  • This delay may vary depending on the product's complexity and the stock available at our partners' facilities (Printful, Printify, etc.).

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is carefully manufactured, it is shipped directly from the production centers. Transport times are in addition to production times:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

Note: These timeframes are indicative. Kuro Neko Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs formalities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during Checkout. They depend on three factors:

  1. The total weight of your cart.

  2. The final destination.

  3. The selected carrier.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves the production center, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your order's journey right to your doorstep.

5. Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
