Terms of sale

Article 1 – Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the website www.kuronekoshop.fr (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by KURO NEKO, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of Thonon-les-Bains under the number 912 538 634, with its registered office located at 10 Rue du Jura, 74100 Ville-la-Grand, France.

Article 2 – Orders

Our products are exclusively manufactured on demand (Print on Demand). Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute, incorrect address, or suspicion of fraud.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI). Shipping costs are calculated in the cart and added before confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments or our banking partners.

Article 5 – Delivery

Products are shipped by our global logistics partners.

  • Production: 2 to 7 business days.

  • Delivery: 3 to 12 business days on average (variable depending on the destination). A tracking number is automatically sent by email upon shipment. Kuro Neko Shop shall not be held responsible for delays related to carriers or customs services.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note: According to Article L.221-28, products that are clearly personalized or manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (which includes our items printed on demand with exclusive patterns) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Article 7 – Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of receipt of a defective or non-compliant item, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at our expense.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

The Kuro Neko Shop universe, including patterns, illustrations of muses and icones, as well as the content of the Site, is our exclusive property. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Your data is collected and processed in accordance with the GDPR to ensure the proper delivery of your orders. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more details.

Article 10 – Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will systematically be sought before any legal action.
