Refund policy

Preamble

Our online store operates on a "Print On Demand" (POD) system, or more simply, Made-to-Order. Each item is a unique piece, produced exclusively for you at the time of your order. This approach allows us to avoid overstocking and protect the integrity of the designs of our muses and icones.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you normally have a 14-day period to change your mind.

However, we draw your attention to Article L.221-28: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since our products are manufactured on demand (with models, sizes, and patterns chosen by you), they fall into this category. Please check your size guide carefully before confirming your cart.

2. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If your treasure arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if it has suffered damage during transport:

  • Timeframe: Contact us within 14 days after receipt.

  • Action: Send us an email at contact@kuronekoshop.fr with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Resolution: After verification, we will arrange at our expense an immediate replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Procedure

For any return validated by our team:

  1. Prior Agreement: Never send back a package without our written consent.

  2. Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

  3. Shipping: Return the product to the address of our partner logistics center which will be provided to you.

  4. Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Order Cancellation

As we operate on a just-in-time basis, the production of your order is launched almost instantly. You have a maximum of 1 hour after purchase to request a total cancellation. Beyond this timeframe, the manufacturing process can no longer be interrupted.
