Kuro Neko Shop is a unique destination dedicated to anime merch and Otaku culture. We create exclusive designs inspired by our muses and icons, original characters with their own stories.

🐾 Are the products unique?
Absolutely. Each design is an original, protected creation, conceived to reflect the identity of our characters. You won't find these official designs anywhere else. To guarantee the integrity of our universe, we do not offer customisation on demand.
🦊 ORDERS & PAYMENTS
🐾 Is the site secure for payments?
Completely. We use Shopify Payments with SSL encryption and PCI compliance. Whether you pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Bancontact, your data is protected.
🐾 Can I modify my order after purchase?
As soon as you validate, our printing partners start production to reduce lead times. Therefore, it is not possible to modify the cart. In case of a critical error, contact us within the hour via the form, and we will do our best.
😼 SHIPPING & RETURNS
🐾 How long does it take to receive my package?
It takes approximately 10 to 15 days for production and delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and displayed before payment. Good news: delivery is free for purchases over €70!
🐾 Can I return a product?
You have 14 days to withdraw (return shipping costs are at your expense). Please note that opened products (such as candles) or worn items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
🐾 Are there customs fees?
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied by your local administration. We advise you to check your country's legislation.

We operate on a just-in-time basis (Print On Demand) with quality partners. This avoids waste associated with overstock and allows us to offer new products very regularly.

Wherever possible, we prioritize sustainable materials: ethical cotton, natural soy wax, and optimized packaging. This is our way of respecting the spirit of nature dear to Haru.

Yes, at Kuro Neko Shop, we use artificial intelligence as a creative tool to bring our muses and icons to life. This process is a true collaboration: we design the lore, story, and aesthetic of each character, then use AI to materialise these visions.
However, AI is only the first step. Each design is then meticulously retouched and manually finalised by us. This post-production work allows us to correct details, refine contrasts, and guarantee optimal print quality. This alliance between cutting-edge technology and human expertise enables us to offer you a rich, coherent, and constantly evolving visual universe.
